Richard A. Nenni

Obituary of Richard A. Nenni Holley: Richard A. Nenni age 79, passed away December 16, 2016 at Unity Hospital. He was born October 19, 1937 in Albion, a son of the late Arthur and Jessie (Piedmonte) Nenni. Richard was a member of St. Mary’s Church in Holley. He was a 1955 graduate of Holley High School and drove School Bus for several years, retiring in 2002. He coached his sons in Little League in Holley for many years and enjoyed playing cards, going to the casino and visiting his best friends in Texas, Dick and Bea Welker and their son Scott. Richard served his country in the United States Air Force.
He was predeceased by his wife Carolyn in 2006, granddaughter, Kayla Rose Nenni and sister, Donalyn DeFilipps-Kennedy. Richard is survived by his sons, Rick (Vikki) of Brockport, Ron (Sharon) of Brockport and Rob (Shay M.) of Holley; grandchildren, Mackenzy and Julia Nenni, Christopher (Ashley) Shepard; sisters, Karen Nenni-Quaranto of Holley and Audrey (Palmer) McCoy of OH; several nieces, nephews and cousins.
The family will receive friends at the Christopher Mitchell Funeral Homes, Inc. 16650 Route 31, Holley, Wednesday December 21, from 1:00-3:00 and 5:00-7:00. Richards’s Mass of Christian Burial will be held at St. Mary’s Church in Holley, Thursday December 22, at 10:00am. Interment in the spring at Holy Cross Cemetery. Memorials may be made to St. Mary’s Church, 13 S. Main St. Holley NY 14470.
