Obituary of Robert G. Eddy (ALBION) Robert G. Eddy, age 81, died October 13, 2019 unexpectedly at this residence. He was born February 22, 1938 in Albion and was a life-long resident of this area. Robert was an avid reader and especially like to use his Kindle. He was known for being a handyman and loved to go out to his shop and do woodworking projects. His greatest love however was to spend time playing with his grandchildren and great grandchildren. Mr. Eddy was predeceased by a sister: Barbara. He is survived by his wife of 60 years Carol, his children: Daniel Eddy of NJ, Cynthia (Gary) Delaura of Albion, Siblings: Donald, Billy, Gail, Beverly, Mary, grandchildren: Danielle, Rachel, Rebecca, Cheryl, Caroline, great grandchildren: A.J., Adrien, Braeydon, Cassandra, Riley as well as several nieces and nephews. There will be no prior calling hours. Family and friends are invited to attend Robert’s Memorial Service FRIDAY 10/18/19 at 2 p.m. in the Christopher Mitchell Funeral Homes, Inc. 21 West Avenue-Albion. Private interment will be held at the convenience of the family. In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to the Alzheimer’s Association, 6215 Sheridan Drive, Suite 100, Buffalo, NY, 14221.
