Robert D. Lewandowski, age 58 of Beaver Street, died suddenly 4/14/2015 in United Memorial Medical Center in Batavia. He was born 2/3/1957 in Albion to Alfred and Arlene(Rodas)Lewandowski and had lived in this area all his life. Mr. Lewandowski had an almost photographic memory for sports statistics and loved sports of all kinds. He particularly liked watching the Buffalo Sabres and Buffalo Bills. Bob was an avid reader and collected Sports Jerseys. Mr. Lewandowski will be remembered as a person who always put the needs of others above those of his own. He is survived by his wife Loretta, his children: Christina(Frank)Caira of NYC, Timothy Lewandowski of Rochester, Arron(Kourtnee)Lewandowski of Medina, Keith(Malgorzata Wojciuwicz)Lewandowski of Syracuse, Nigel(Lexi)Lewandowski of Williamsville, Jaynesha(Anthony)Lewandowski of Albion, brothers: Donald(Michelle)Lewandowski of CA, Thomas Keech of Rochester, his mother: Arlene Lewandowski of Greece, 8 grandchildren, as well as several nieces and nephews. The family will receive friends at the Christopher Mitchell Funeral Homes, Inc. 21 West Avenue-Albion TUESDAY 4/21/15 from 10-11 where his Funeral Service will be held following visitation at 11 a.m. Interment will be held at the convenience of the family.
