Roger A. Kingdollar

Obituary of Roger A. Kingdollar Holley: Roger A. Kingdollar age 68, died Saturday November 12, with his loving wife by his side, following a short illness. Roger was born May 18, 1948 in Brockport a son of John (Annabell Cotter) and Vera Kingdollar. Roger served his country in the United States Army during the Vietnam War and was a member of the Jewell Buckman Post #529 American Legion in Holley. He was employed for 37 years at Lakeside Memorial Hospital, retiring in 2010. Roger enjoyed fishing and loved spending time with his family, especially his grandchildren. He was predeceased by his mother, Annabelle Cotter and his grandson Raymond Kingdollar. Roger is survived by his loving wife of 48 years, Linda; children, Roger A. Kingdollar Jr., Ann (Dennis) Buzard, Timothy Kingdollar, all of Holley; grandchildren, Jon, Roger III, and Vanity Kingdollar, Courtney (Ben) Ainsworth, Kali Buzard, Dustin Buzard and Audrey O’Neil; 3 great-grandchildren, Annabel Buzard, Luke and Sophia Ainsworth and 5 step-great-grandchildren; His parents, John (Vera) Kingdollar of Holley; brother, Rick (Bonnie) Kingdollar of Holley: sisters, Pamela (Bob) Dennis of Albion and Rita Kingdollar of Waterport; brother-in-law, Ed Fuller of Holley; sister-in-law, Carol (Al) Wagner of Chili; several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins.
The family will receive friends at the Christopher Mitchell Funeral Homes, Inc. 16650 Route 31, Holley, Tuesday from 5:00-8:00, where Roger’s Funeral Service will be held Wednesday at 10:00am at the Funeral Home. Interment with Military Honors at Hillside Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the family.
