Obituary of Ronald E. Dunn Ronald E. Dunn Jr., age 61, entered into rest on Friday, January 24, 2014. Born November 15, 1952 in Medina, Ronald is the son of the late Ronald and Metta (Swett) Dunn Sr. Ron attended both Lyndonville and Medina schools. He worked at Delphi Thermal Systems in Lockport as a welder and in maintenance. Ron retired in May of 2002 after 30 years of service. He married Marcia Skellen on April 26, 1989 in Lockport. He was a member of the NRA and the local UAW. Ron enjoyed boating, hunting and spending time with his daughter, Amber. He had lived in Lockport for the past 32years, previously of Medina. Surviving Ron is his wife Marcia (Skellen) Dunn of Lockport. Dear father of Amber Dunn of Lockport. Brother of: Ellie, Kathy, Juanita, Louann, Lois, Bryon and Larry. Several nieces and nephews also survive him. Family and friends are invited to attend visitation at the Kenneth H. Sherrie Funeral Home, 6139 East Avenue, Newfane, NY on Wednesday from 12 pm until 2 pm. Funeral services will be held immediately following at 2:00 pm with the Reverend Kim Smith officiating. Interment will be in Bates Road Cemetery, Medina, NY. Donations in Ron’s name appreciated to the Buffalo Children’s Hospital.
