Rose E. Edkin

Obituary of Rose E. Edkin (KENT) Rose E. Edkin, age 85, died April 23, 2019 in Unity Hospital following a short illness. She was born January 8, 1934 in PA and had lived in this area most of her life. Rose was of former employee of GE & Black and Decker. She enjoyed gardening and shopping but, her greatest passion was taking care of her grandchildren. Mrs. Edkin was predeceased by her husband, David R. Edkin, son: Donnie, daughter: Kath, brothers and sister: Billy, Bobby, Jerry and Catherine. She is survived by her son: David W. Edkin of Rochester, her ex-daughter in law: Judy Edkin, brothers: Junior and Eddie Shrimp, sister: Shirley Richland, grandchildren: Sherry, Wanda, Kathy Ann, Dorothy, as well as several great grandchildren, nieces and nephews. here will be no prior visitation. Services and interment will be held at the convenience of the family.
