Obituary of Roy Brockway Sr. Roy Brockway Sr. of Medina went to the Dear Lord on Tuesday May 13, 2014 after a long battle with cancer. Mr. Brockway was born in E. Pembroke, NY on September 17, 1934 son of Roy and Mary (Kohorst) Brockway and he has lived all of his life in the Medina area. He was employed at Whiting Spring and Steel Company in Akron, NY. and he enjoyed cutting wood logs for his brother's sawmill. Husband of the late Erma Brockway, loving Father of four, Roy Brockway III of Middleport, Gerald (Sue) Brockway of Florida, Norbert Brockway of Kent, NY and Jennifer Morin of Middleport. Also surviving are several grandchildren and great grandchldren, brother of David Brockway of N. Carolina and Barbara Dyke of Buffalo. "We all love you and you will be missed. You are at rest with our Mother, Erma, in peace" There will be no prior visitation.
