Obituary of Ruth Lorraine Coulson Ruth Lorraine Coulson (Fry), age 81 of Newfane, entered into rest on Tuesday, March 14, 2017 at her home. Born in Lockport on April 19, 1935, Ruth is the daughter of the late: Raymond and Bertha (Brauer) Fry. Ruth married Richard J. Coulson on June 19, 1953. Mr. Coulson died August 19, 1992. Ruth was a member of the IOOB Club. She enjoyed spending time with her family, loved doing crafts and sewing. Her favorite flowers were roses. Surviving Ruth are her children: Terry Coulson, Bruce (Cynthia) Coulson, Wayne (Kendra) Coulson, Douglas (Donna) Coulson and Lucinda (Steven) Sutherland. Ruth is also survived by 11 grandchildren, 13 great grandchildren and 1 great-great granddaughter. Sister of: Donald (Ruth) Fry, Hazel (Garry) Moulden and Janice Russell. Family and friends are invited to attend visitation at the Kenneth H. Sherrie Funeral Home, 6139 East Avenue, Newfane, NY on Friday, March 17,2017 from 11 am to 1 pm. Funeral Services will be held immediately following at 1 pm from the funeral home with the Reverend Tim Schultz officiating. Interment will be in Huskey Cemetery, Gasport, NY.
