Ruth was born September 29, 1922 in Georgetown, NY to Herbert and Edith(Peploe)Gibson and was a lifetime resident of this area. Mrs. Fancher was a Past Matron of the Albion Chapter of the Order of the Eastern Star #800 and attended the Ashwood Wesleyan Church.
