Sally A. Jendrysiak, age 76, 9/3/14. She was predeceased by her husband Stanley in 2003. She was born in Buffalo 7/14/1938 to William and Stephania(Piotrowski)Lommer. She is survived by her children: Shirley(David)Hillebrand of Medina, Robert(Denise)Jendrysiak of Lockport, Steven(Tina)Jendrysiak of Alden, brother: Ralph(Kathy)Lommer of Grand Island, grandchildren: Hannah and Cordell Jendrysiak, her niece and nephew Kelly and Mark. There are no prior calling hours. Service and interment at the family's convenience. In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to Hospice of Orleans or the Alzheimer's Foundation. Arrangements were made by Christopher Mitchell Funeral Homes, Inc. Visitation
