Obituary of Sara M. Vick Sara M. Vick, age 85, died April 24, 2010. Born October 23, 1924 in Albion, NY, where she lived all her life. She was the youngest daughter of the late David and Elizabeth (Holt) McKissock. Sara was a graduate of Albion High School, Cornell University and the State University at Brockport. After receiving her teaching degree, she was asked to open a Nursery School at Christ Episcopal Church. From there she was recruited by the superintendent to become a Kindergarten Teacher for the Albion Central School District, where she taught for 20 years. Sara was an active member of the Albion First United Methodist Church and served in many leadership roles both at her church and in the community.
