Obituary of Shirley A. Gardner (Albion/Fairport) Shirley A. Gardner age 72 died June 14, 2013 at Strong Memorial Hospital. She was born January 10, 1941 in Albion a daughter of the late Daniel and Stella (Aducci) Scoppa. Shirley had worked 20 years at Bausch and Lomb retiring from there in 2002. She was a member of Holy Family Parish. Shirley loved garage sales and antiquing. Shirley was predeceased by her daughter Dena Green. She is survived by her son Stephen Gardner of Palmyra; her sister Marilyn (Howard) Briggs of Albion; niece Stacy Briggs; nephew Michael (Kasey) Briggs and many cousins and friends. There are no prior calling hours. Her Mass of Christian Burial will be Wednesday June 19th at 10:00am at Holy Family Parish. Burial will be in St. Joseph's Cemetery. Memorials may be made to Dollars for Scholar, Dena Gardner Memorial Scholarship, Attn: James Sapienza, 151 Hyde Parkway, Palmyra NY 14522 or Lifetime Care 3111 S. Winton Rd. Rochester NY 14623.
