Obituary of Shirley Elaine Lindke Shirley Elaine Lindke, age, 87, of Gasport, entered into rest on Sunday, July 29, 2017. Born June, 25, 1930 in Gasport, Shirley is the daughter of the late: Ray and Grace (Brigham) Gaskill. Shirley was married to Robert Gustave Lindke on August 7, 1954. Robert died November 28, 2015. She was a lifelong active member of the Covenant United Church of Christ. Shirley enjoyed spending time with family and friends and was an avid Buffalo Sabres fan. Surviving are her children: Douglas (Jacque) Lindke and Barbara Lindke. Grandmother of: Alexandra (Ian) and Matthew Lindke. Sister of the late: Stuart Gaskill. Sister-in-law of: Carol Hussey. Also survived by several nieces and nephews. Family and friends are invited to attend visitation at the Sherrie-Bream Funeral Home, 4521 Main Street, Gasport on Tuesday, from 4-7 pm. Funeral Services will be held on Wednesday, August 2, 2017 at 11:00 am from Covenant United Church of Christ, 4449 Gasport Road, Gasport, NY. Interment will be Hartland Central Cemetery, Gasport, NY.
