Obituary of Stephen Mager Stephen B. Mager age 95, died April 1, 2013 at The Villages of Orleans with his daughters by his side. He was born December 7, 1917 in Albion a son of the late William and Mary (Romanowski) Mager and had lived in this area all his life. He was a member of Holy Family Parish, Knights of Columbus, St. Mary's Athletic Club. Stephen served in the US Army in the European Theater during WWII. He worked as a die operator at Harrison Radiator for over 30 years, retiring from there in 1980.
He was predeceased by his wife Philipine (Zarbo) Mager in 2012. He is survived by his daughters, Mary Bannister of Albion, Nancy (David) Bell of Lyndonville; grandchildren, Victoria (Jeremy) Gerhardt, Eli Bannister, Adrian Bannister, Marcie Conlon, Ben (Marlena) Cooley; great-grandchildren, Colden Gerhardt, Amelia Conlon, Wyatt Bannister, Gavin Bannister, Kade Gerhardt; nephew, Theodore Mager of Albion; niece, Patricia Duffy of Albion.
Stephen's Service of Christian Burial will be held Wednesday (4/3/13) at 10:00am at Holy Family Parish-St. Joseph's Church. Interment will be in St. Joseph's Cemetery with full Military Honors.
