Susan E. Kingsbury

Obituary of Susan E. Kingsbury (Albion) Susan E. Kingsbury age 70 died January 12, 2017 at Strong Memorial Hospital surrounded by her loving family. She was born August 15, 1946 in Albion, a daughter of the late Alan J. Sr. and Dorothy (Graczyk) McKenna and had lived in this area all of her life. She was a member of Holy Family Parish. Susan was a 1964 graduate of Albion High School. She had worked for over 10 years as a Teachers Aide at Rainbow Preschool and had also been a 4H leader. Sue loved gardening, sewing and decorating; especially at Christmas. Sue was predeceased by her husband Gary in 2001, her brothers John McKenna, Alan McKenna Jr.; her nieces Lisa Pilon and Joelle Armstrong. She is survived by her son Todd (Lia) Kingsbury of N. Canton OH; her daughter Lisa (Chad) Wilson of Albion; grandchildren Damian, Drake and Tara; siblings Joan Klafehn of Brockport, Carol (Fred) Pilon, Philip F. (Patricia) McKenna, Judy (Gerald) Suhr all of Albion as well as several nieces, nephews and cousins. The family will receive friends at the Christopher Mitchell Funeral Homes, Inc. Sunday January 15th, 3-7pm where prayers of the rosary will be said at 7pm. Prayers will be held Monday at 9:30am at the funeral home followed by her Mass of Christian Burial at 10:00am at Holy Family Parish. Burial will be in St. Joseph’s Cemetery.
