Obituary of Terry D. Bliss (KENDALL/MURRAY) Terry D. Bliss, age 56, died 5/22/2018 at his residence following a brief illness. He was born 3/12/1962 in Brockport to Roy and June (Reamer) Bliss and had lived in this area his entire life. Terry was a member of St. Mark R.C. Church in Kendall, a recent retiree of Eastman Kodak, a long-time member and former President of the Kendall Lions Club having been a 3-time recipient of the Melvin Jones Fellowship Award and also had served as District Governor for Lions Club International. Terry was a man who was always on the go and in addition to enjoying camping and hunting, was a very family-oriented individual. He is survived by his wife of 35 years Denise “Cookie” Bliss, his daughters: Ann Jordan of Rochester, Sandy Bliss of Buffalo, his sisters: Vicki (Peter) Notaro of Fredonia, Dawn (Bill) Ingham of Kendall, several nieces, nephews, great nieces, great nephews, son-in-law: Timmy Jordan of MA, his cat-son: Butterscotch and his grand-cats: Theodore and Siff. The family will receive friends at the Christopher Mitchell Funeral Homes, Inc. 16650 State Route 31(W. Albion Road), Holley FRIDAY from 4-7 p.m. Family and friends are invited to attend Terry’s Mass of Christian Burial SATURDAY at 10 a.m. in St. Mark R.C. Church-Kendall. Private interment will be in Sandy Creek Cemetery.
