Middleport: Terry L. Sloniker passed away November 28, 2023 at Eastern Niagara Hospital. He was born October 8, 1954 in Ransomville to the late Roy and Betty (Flickner) Sloniker.
Terry was a carpenter by trade, spending over 50 years building things for his family and countless people. He loved spending time at the family property picnicking, clearing land and making trails for anyone that came over. Terry was an avid hunter and fisherman all his life. He was a big fan of the Buffalo Sabres and hockey fan overall. Time with his family, especially his grandsons, was always so important to Terry.
In addition to his parents, he was predeceased by his son, Nicholas Jon Sloniker and five brothers-in-law.
Terry is survived by his loving wife who he married on September 22, 1973, Elizabeth, daughters; Aimee (Sam Russo III) Sloniker, Carly (Shannon) Petrie, grandsons; Brian Russo, Tyler Pitcher, Sam Russo IV, Nicholas Russo, Colby Petrie, Landen Petrie, Logan Petrie, “grand dog” Max, siblings; Karen Sloniker, Allen (Rosemarie) Sloniker, Gary Sloniker, brother-in-law; Joe (Nancy) Fidanza as well as many other family members, nieces, nephews, cousins, and special friends.
