He was born 2/26/49 in Albion to Sigmund and Thecla(Kakoszka)Noreck and was a lifetime resident of this area. Thomas was a 1967 graduate of Albion Central School, a United States Army Veteran serving as an Specialist 5 during Vietnam, a member of the Knights of Columbus, the St. Mary's Athletic Club, a member of Holy Family Parish-St. Mary's Church and an avid Buffalo Bills and Buffalo Sabres fan.
