Obituary of Tracey Jones (FAIRPORT/WILLIAMSON)
Tracey A. Jones, age 54 of Harvest Road, died 12/16/2014 at her home following an 8 month battle with brain cancer. She was born 12/17/1959 in Rochester to John and Lorraine(Jordan)Jones and was a lifetime resident of this area. Ms. Jones attended the Harvest Christian Fellowship Church in Albion, and worked as a Social Worker for Lifetime Care. She founded an organization called Tiara Dreams which provided Prom Dresses to young ladies who couldn't afford to purchase a dress. Tracey was an avid reader and kept up-to-date on current events. She whole-heartedly enjoyed the Celebration of Easter Sunday and had a great love of music. That along with her love of God were two main driving forces in her life. She is survived by her loving companion Allan George of Fairport, her daughter: Amber(Ty Bailey)Jones of Kent, brother: Michael(Regina)Jones of Wolcott, sister: Mary(Michael)Rich of Williamson, her 4 grandchildren: Lorainna, Kian, Bennet, Orin, 1 niece: Jenna, and 3 nephews: Jordan, Jonathan and Jacob. The family will receive friends at the Harvest Christian Fellowship Church, 560 East Ave.-Albion, SATURDAY 11-1 where Tracey's Memorial Service will be held at 1 p.m. following visitation. Interment will be at the convenience of the family. In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to the Wilmot Cancer Center, 601 Elmwood Ave, Box 704, Rochester, NY 14642.
