Obituary of Vito Quaranto (Holley) Vito N. Quaranto age 81 died April 20, 2014 at Unity Hospital in Rochester. He was born November 2, 1932 in Holley, a son of the late James and Thelma (Blodgett) Quaranto and had lived in Holley all of his life. Vito was an avid poker player and enjoyed working outdoors at the farm. He went to J.P's Farm Market in Holley every morning to solve the world's problems over a cup of coffee. Vito was very family oriented and would always attend his grandchildren's sporting events and family functions. He was predeceased by his wife Dorothy on February 24, 2012; grandson Jeremy Quaranto on December 2, 1998 and his brother Gerald Quaranto. He is survived by his sons David (Kelly) of Holley, Larry (Andrea) of NC, Paul (Christy) of Holley, Ricky of CO, Billy of Holley; grandchildren Tyler, Hali, Cortney, Camron, Amanda, Connor, Brittany, Mikayla, Joe; special niece Michele Goudreau; special friend Betty Fulks and several nieces, nephews and cousins. The family will receive friends at the Christopher Mitchell Funeral Homes, Inc. 16650 State Rte. 31 (W. Albion Rd.) Holley, Wednesday 3:00-8:00 where his Memorial Service will be held Thursday at 12:00 noon. Burial will follow at Hillside Cemetery.
