Wallace "Wally" Becker

Obituary of Wallace "Wally" Becker Albion: Wallace “Wally” Becker, 66, passed away peacefully in his sleep August 19, 2018. Wally was born June 8, 1952 in Albion, a son of the late Clarence and Wilma (Eyre) Becker. He was a graduate of Albion High School class of 1971. Wally was a former employee of General Motors and also owned and operated W.C. Becker Custom Builders for many years, retiring in 2014. Wally enjoyed working with wood pallets. He was predeceased by his granddaughter, Kerstein Lee Brien; brothers, John Weits and Howard Becker; brother-in-law, Bruce Wright. Wally is survived by his wife of 46 years, Vicki; daughter, Liza (Ben) Brien; grandchildren, Zach Becker, Hunter Brien, Aiden Brien; great-grandchildren, Colt and K. Lee Becker; sisters, Cheryl Wright, twin sister, Wilma Becker, Deborah (Ronald) Spanton and Kathy Becker; brother, Duane Becker; sisters-in-law, Diane Becker, Sue Weits, T.J. (Rex) Hults, Linda (Paul) Roberts, Lisa (Dan DeCarlo) Hickein; several nieces, nephews and cousins. The family will receive friends at the Christopher Mitchell Funeral Homes, Inc. 21 W. Avenue, Albion, on Friday August 24, from 4:00-7:00pm, followed by a Celebration of Wally’s Life at 7:00pm.
