Obituary of Warren A. Kruger Warren was born on 1/8/1932 on the family farm in Hamlin. He married Shirley McLean in 1954 and farmed on Maiden Lane while working for Taylor Instrument Co. as a machinist. They settled in Kendall about 1960. He started a small trucking company in Kendall that primarily dealt in sand, gravel and construction work. Warren was an excellent mechanic and his business eventually branched off into a self built repair shop for heavy trucks and equipment which he operated some 40 years on the Transit Rd. doing work for area residents, businesses, farms and townships. In recent years he kept busy working part time for the Town of Kendall.
Warren enjoyed playing in the family country band "The Hobo's" that played for many years throughout western NY and Canada. He enjoyed gardening, riding motorcycles, restoring antique cars and single cylinder gas engines. He was an active member of the Lutheran Church.
