William C. Brown

Obituary of William C. Brown William C. Brown, age 89, of Lockport, entered into rest on Monday, July 25, 2016 at Eastern Niagara Hospital in Lockport. Born June 22, 1927 in Lockport, William is the son of the late: Arthur and Cora (Blacklock) Brown. William married Mildred Jean Fackler on August 26, 1950 in Middleport. Mildred died January 29, 2011. Bill was in the Army and the Merchant Marines. He enjoyed golfing and watching sports on television. William loved to drive his car around Niagara and Orleans County. He had worked at Loud and Wendel and also Sigma Motors. The youngest of 10 children, he was predeceased by his siblings: Mildred Abrams, Beatrice Moran, Dorothy King, Alice Seeloff, Stanley Brown, Norman Brown, Donald Brown, Bobby Brown and Harold Brown. Surviving are several nieces and nephews. Family and friends are invited to attend visitation at the Bates, Wallace & Heath Funeral Home, 39 State Street, Middleport, NY 14105 on Thursday from 12-2 pm. Funeral Services will be held immediately following. Burial will be held at Royalton Mountain Ridge Cemetery.
