Obituary of William C. Burgio William C. “Bill” Burgio age 79 died June 5, 2017 at the Manor House in Batavia. He was born June 11, 1937 in DePew, a son of the late Gasper and Esther (Peruzzini) Burgio and had lived in this area for most of his life. Bill owned and operated Burgio Tire & Service Inc. in Albion and took great pride in making sure his customers were satisfied. He was known for being kind and going out of his way to help others. Bill loved his car collection, especially his Cadillacs which he enjoyed driving and he also enjoyed doing puzzles, going out to eat, spending time with his friends and family, but his greatest love was spending time with his grandchildren. Bill was predeceased by his wife Paula in 2015; his brothers Tony and Donald; his sister Fran. He is survived by his sons Todd (Tina) Burgio of Albion, Mark (Tracey) Burgio of Oakfield; grandchildren Connor, Kayla, Adam, Weston; brother Bob (Donna) Burgio of Middleport; sister-in-law Linda Burgio of Albion as well as several nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. The family will receive friends at the Christopher Mitchell Funeral Homes, Inc. 21 W. Ave. Albion on Monday June 12th 1-4 & 6-9. Bill’s Funeral Service will be held (Note the day)Wednesday June 14th at 11:00am at the funeral home. Burial will be in Mt. Albion Cemetery.
