William E. "Bill" Hollenbaugh

(Gasport) William E. “Bill” Hollenbaugh age 90, passed away November 15, 2024, at Absolute Care of Gasport following a short illness. He was born September 20, 1934, in Beachwood, PA, a son of the late Maurice and Theona (Weaver) Hollenbaugh and had lived in the area since 1954.

Bill served in the US Marine Corps. He worked for many years as building maintenance for Niagara County. Bill enjoyed cars, motorcycles, and woodworking.

In addition to his parents, he was predeceased by his wife Nancy; daughter Leslie Jean; brother Dave.

He is survived by his sons Brian Hollenbaugh, Steve (Sheila) Hollenbaugh, Thomas Hollenbaugh; several grandchildren; brothers Norman (Nancy) Hollenbaugh, John Melvin (Gail) Hollenbaugh; sister Barbara (Mike) Magierski as well as several nieces, nephews and cousins.

The family will receive friends at the Sherrie Bream Funeral Home, 4521 Main St. Gasport, Wednesday November 20th 5:00pm-7:00pm where his Funeral Service will follow at 7:00pm. Burial in Acacia Park. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Niagara Hospice, 4675 Sunset Dr., Lockport NY 14094.
