William Vogt

Obituary of William Vogt (Albion) William I. Vogt age 82 died April 12, 2013 at Lakeside Memorial Hospital following a short illness. He was born March 4, 1931 in Canandaigua, a son of the late Charles and Gladys (Higgley) Vogt and had lived in this area most of his life. Bill was a member of the Albion Fire Department, the Clarendon Fire Department and had also volunteered at C.O.V.A. He loved to hunt, fish and play the slots at the numerous casinos he enjoyed going to. Bill was predeceased by his wife Kathryn in 2010. He is survived by his sons Greg (Robin) Vogt of Canandaigua, William (Julie Joseph) Vogt of Canisius, Chris (Kristin) Vogt of Albion; daughters Donna Trabold and Darlene Forsha; grandchildren Jaimi, Dustin, Justine, Brittnie, Darion, Jeremiah as well as several nieces, nephews and cousins. There are no prior calling hours. His Memorial Service will be held Thursday April 18th at 7:00pm at the Christopher Mitchell Funeral Homes, Inc. 21 W. Ave. Albion. Memorials may be made to Hospice of Orleans or to Clarendon Fire Department. Visitation
