William T. Wilson

Obituary of William T. Wilson William T. Wilson of Middleport passed away Wednesday, January 28, 2015 at the Medina Memorial Healthcare System. Mr. Wilson was born in Niagara Falls, NY on October 21, 1934 son of the late Earl and Elsie (Hubbard) Wilson and he has lived in the Middleport area all of his life. He was employed at the Avon Company in Lockport retiring in 2006 and he also worked on his own farm. He and his wife Linda (Prudom) Wilson were married October 6, 1956 and he was a member of the Hartland Historical Society and Johnson Creek Senior Citizens. Mr. Wilson was predeceased by two brothers Daniel Wilson and Earl Wilson. He is survived by his wife Linda G. Wilson, two children Lynne (Allen) McAvoy of Middleport and Michael Wilson of Rochester, six grandchildren Christopher McAvoy, Stacey (Christopher Yeh) McAvoy, Ashley Wilson, Kimberly Wilson, Rachael (Erick) Williams and Rebecca Heininge and four great grandchildren. Also surviving are two brothers Robert (the late Myrtle) Wilson of Florida and M. Richard (Marlene) Wilson of Wyoming, several nieces and nephews and grandnieces and grandnephews and several cousins. Friends may call SUNDAY from 2 PM to 5 PM at the Bates, Wallace & Heath Funeral Home, 38 State St., Middleport where funeral services will follow at 5:00PM.
