Winston R. Prudom

Obituary of Winston R. Prudom (MIDDLEPORT) Winston R. Prudom, age 77, died 4/14/2018 in Millard Fillmore Suburban Hospital following a long illness. He was born 12/17/1940 in Medina to Herbert and Gladys (Haseley) Prudom and had lived in this area all of his life. Winston was a graduate of Royalton Hartland Central School, and had worked as a Union Steward at Nabisco in Lockport until they closed. Following that he became a teacher at the Albion Correctional Facility where he taught building maintenance until his retirement. He loved farming and had a great love for ALL his animals. Mr. Prudom was predeceased by his parents and his sister: Linda (William) Wilson. He is survived by his daughter: Mary Beth (Justin Deemer) Prudom of Tonawanda, his brother: Dr. Albert (Amy) Prudom of WI, his sister: Lor i(Dale) Haseley of Middleport, his granddaughter: Alesia as well as several nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews. The family will receive friends at the Bates, Wallace and Heath Funeral Home, 38 State Street-Middleport, THURSDAY from 3-5 where his funeral service will be held immediately following visitation at 5pm. Private interment will be held in Hartland Cemetery.
