Mr Ruppel, Joanne and family...
So sad to see Bettys passing... She was a very sweet lady who I respected very much... My one memory that her and I shared was when I had one phone call to make from Desert Storm “Saudi Arabia” in 1991... Knowing the time difference of 8 hrs and being in the middle of the afternoon here in New York, I knew that no one in my family would be home at that time of the day “no cell phones at that time” so I called Betty... Just to hear a friendly voice from home meant the world to me... It’s something I’ll never forget... God Bless and RIP
