Lois was an amazing person. She was one of my favorites when I worked at Mount View Assisted Living. I left Mount View for another job and it was a very hard decision, because of the friendship and bond we had (amongst many other residents). We kept in touch, Lois would call me and I would write her letters. She once said to me "my letters and cards were enlightening, it was nice to receive something other then a bill once in a while". Lois will be greatly missed.
My condolences to her family.
